Product Overview

G (A) Series sand, mud, slurry, stone, gravel dredging pump

G (A) series dredging pump belongs to the international leading technology products. The pump adopts a single pump shell structure which is connected with a cassette or a bolt, and is a single stage single suction cantilever horizontal centrifugal pump. It has the advantages of light weight, good cavitation performance, strong abrasion resistance, spacious passage channel, easy installation and so on, it can be used for large granule abrasive sand continuous conveying, suitable for dredging sand and dredging slurry from river.

The pump is composed of a pump head, a sealing assembly, a bearing assembly, a bracket (or a gearbox assembly), and the lubrication method of the bearing is grease lubrication or dilute oil lubrication. The impeller, the pump body, the front guard plate and the rear guard plate of the over-current component are all used strong anti-wear alloy cast iron or wear-resisting alloy steel, hardness not less than 58HRC.
